Fiona Scott studied under the celebrated artist Alberto Morrocco in Scotland, her long career in portraiture has included subjects as diverse as Cardinal Hume, The Abbot of Pluscarden Abbey, College boys from Ampleforth (exhibited at the Royal Society of Portrait Painters, Mall Galleries, London in 2009) and the President of the Pigeon Fanciers Club. She works from her studio situated in the beautiful countryside of North Yorkshire.
