This piece depicts a large glass window in an airport lounge on which are the various and confusing reflections of the interior and exterior lights of the scene. The point-of-view suggests a protagonist, waiting for a flight and acts as a metaphor for what the artist describes as "the fragile and illusory nature of our realities".
Heather is a British visual artist, born in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, currently living and working in the USA. She obtained her B.F.A. and M.F.A. from the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design at the University of Dundee, Scotland.
