Sara graduated in 1993 with an illustration/printmaking BA Hons and a PG diploma in 1994 from Edinburgh College of Art. Her work is inspired by words, street life, antiquities, posters, old wives tales, household appliances, carpets, masks, trying to spell sounds, packaging, old second-hand bookshops and pedestrian oddballs.
