On the theme of positivity, I didn’t have any art work that could fit in that category.
I was making a bracelet, though, for a friend that is an extremely positive person.
Karen Brown is the loveliest, kindest and most inspiring person I’ve ever met. As well as brave! (Also really creative- an amazing hairstylist and colourist, should you need one!).
She is hoping to donate half her liver to her brother, who has a serious life-threatening disease. PSC.- Primary sclerosing cholangitis. She is also fundraising for the charity.
As well as studying herbal medicine at college, she seemed to be quite a spiritual person. I wanted to make her something that she could perhaps take on her journey. Something that might protect her and help her recover. So I looked into healing crystals. Which I knew nothing about!
I emailed an expert in crystal healing and asked her which crystals she’d recommend for someone having surgery on their liver. And how they might help with recovery and below is what she recommended. This is how the bracelet came to be.
