Transformation
This is one of the first paintings I did on the live webcam art sessions I started to have with my sister. These painting sessions with my sister represent a very positive place for me because it is a place where I relax, I experience connection with my sister, I learn to trust my ability to create, I share and we support each other and have a quality, creative, transformative time. The title – Transformation, refers to both the transformation that occurred in nature in autumn, and the transformation I experienced when doing these art sessions with my sister.
Energy Fountain
I drew this image one evening, late at night, when I could not fall asleep because I had a very expansive, uplifting and full of energy type state. I felt almost as if some energy ball was exploding within myself, and I had to release if somehow. This colourful drawing is almost an expression of that inner experience, which was a tremendously positive place to be in.
Tree Rainbow
Trees and rainbows have been one of the greatest themes in my childhood. I loved spending hours and hours swinging, singing and picking cherries up in my Grandma’s cherry tree. My brother and I used to run across the fields to get to the river and see how the rainbow is being born from the water, as our parents used to tell us.
