We are very happy to welcome Elaine Kilpatrick who has recently joined the Art in Healthcare team as our new Finance and Office Manager.
Elaine is a finance professional with a strong interest in art and an appreciation for how it can help people from all backgrounds explore a variety of different issues. She sees art as a vital force in improving collective wellbeing and is also a social policy volunteer with Citizens Advice.
We asked Elaine to pick a work from the collection to to share. She chose Fluro Pink by Rowan Rosie.
Elaine: “One work that immediately stood out to me from the Art in Healthcare Collection is Fluro Pink by Rowan Rosie. I love hot pink; I find it such a joyous and hopeful colour. I have actually just painted one wall of my bedroom bright pink! This piece by Rowan Rosie has such a loud and playful, exuberant energy to it – it really lifts my spirits. I’m looking forward to getting more familiar with the collection and discovering more favourites soon.”
